The IHF also hosts www.bereaved.ie, a dedicated bereavement site providing information and resources for the public and professionals. These resources include bereavement leaflets on various aspects of bereavement, such as understanding grief, grieving the death of a partner, supporting someone who is grieving and grief in the workplace and bereavement videos.
In addition, the IHF hold an annual public information evening in November which aims to provide information about grief and the range of supports available to those who are bereaved.

At the event a number of voluntary bereavement support services and professional therapeutic services were represented
